Sweetessa's Absolute Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please let us know. We will promptly replace the item or refund your money.  We require a return of the purchased item for orders over $50.00 before a refund can be issued.

Returns
Since our products are perishable, please return the item(s) in question as soon as possible.

Indicate the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip so we can improve our performance in the future. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address on the back of the packing slip.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (just in case we need to contact you) and send the package to the address listed on the packing slip included with your original order.

For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

You will be credited for the price of the item, along with applicable taxes, to the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the reason for return was the result of an error by Sweetessa.com. 

Exchanges
Unfortunately our returns center does not process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
